If you have ever taken CPR you have most lilely had CPR Annie, Rususci Annie, or l'Inconnue de la Seine as you CPR dummy. The origin of this face comes for a young Parisian that was found it in the Seine as a possible suicide. Her identity was never found out but someone at the morgue d to produce a mask. This mask would become so popular that one time it would be mass produced.
