In every encounter make it your goal that the other person is better off for having been in your presence.


Do you ever encourage or praise or do you only react when sometime is rude, giving bad service, and etc? Try praise. Try to find the positive things in life. Make negative thoughts "water under the bridge". Give that cleaning person , rubbish collector, sales person positive feedback. Let the company know that person is doing a wonderful job. Try it. Love another as you love youself.
