Today was more of a get organize day. I started going through my clothing and getting rid of clothing do not wear for the clothing drive.
Later I drove to Manhattan to get an metal rack unit to put my spices on. I was tired of them being all over the place and so unorganized.
I cooked up two pumpkins to puree and freeze later for ccoking. I separated them in freezer bags putting 2 cups in each bag. I put one bag in the freezer. I am saving the pumpkin that did not puree to feed the animals monday.
