This has been a long winter here in the Flint Hills and the flu and cold have been circulating. Here is a a cold care idea to help you feel better. It will help open the nose and soothes aching muscles. Of course, never apply the oils undiluted and without testing them first.
5 drops Eucalyptus
2 drops peppermint
2 drops lavender
Inhalant: add blend to simmer pot. Be careful to watch level.
Massage oil: add blend to 1/2 ounce base oil and massage into chest.
Bath: add oil directly to tub full of warm water.
Remember that you should always see a doctor for a proper medical diagnosis before pursuing any course of treatment.
