These picture were sent without saying were they were taken . My guess from the landscape it was the Albuquerque International balloon Fiesta. The next one will be October 6-15 2006.
Albuquerque is a wonderful city to visit for a week or weekend. Hotels are not too expensive the city has a number of attractions and good restaurants.
