I aways knew that the average house wife in Japan controlled the family income but this article came as little bit of a surprised. It is almost half of the house wives according to the survey. The survey only did a small number, about 500, so it really would have to be surveyed with greater numbers to be confirm this data. With such a low number it was likely done in just one city or area.
