If you have not heard yet the USAD is making a National Animal Identification plan. This affects the large corporations that producer chicken, beef and swine very little but will have a major effect on very small farms, hobby farms with just a few animals. The large farms with be able to use an identification with a whole lot of animals while the person who has maybe a few goats, chickens , sheep, alpaca or other animals will have to get a identification tag for each and every animal. If you have a predator problem like I have had in the pass and have to go thorough a maze of paperwork for each animal that was lost it will be very difficult on us.
